Tuition can be paid in nine equal monthly installments.
10% Sibling Discount applies to Preschool cost only.
Registration fee $75.00 per child, maximum family registration fee $100.00. Registration fee is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition is due by May 1st, 2010, to secure your child’s space. This deposit will be credited the following May.
All medical forms and Child Care Administration forms must be on file prior to a child’s first day of class.
A fee of $25 will be charged for every check returned by the bank.
Please mail tuition payments directly to Asbury Community Christian Preschool or place them in the mailbox near the office. Payments may get misplaced when sent in with your child.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available to families with economic needs.
Special Needs
If a child with special needs requires additional qualified staff or equipment in order to meet the needs for programs and services, additional fees will be charged.
Lunch Program
The optional Lunch Program runs from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm at the rate of $5.50 per day for children enrolled in class. Reservations are strongly suggested.
Extended Care
The Extended Care Program is available at the rate of $5.25 an hour.
Drop-in care is available at the rate of $5.50 an hour. A 24-hour notice is requested. Space is limited to availability.
Extended Absences
We are sorry but we can make no tuition reductions due to extended absences of your child. Our major expenses such as utilities and teachers' salaries are fixed and dependent upon full enrollment of each child.
